Once your payment is received and processed you will receive a confirmation to the email you used at checkout. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam/junk/promotions folder (or search "order confirmation" + Jorjanna).

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually adjust it before the order ships, but once it's been processed or handed off to the carrier, we may not be able to make canges.

At this time we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

We typically process and ship orders within 24-48 hours. Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days (depending on the carrier and your location).
