Shipping & Packaging


We ship Monday-Friday weekly and strive to quickly ship orders. We combine orders and print shipping labels once per week. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. If you would like to expedite your order, we would love to accommodate you for an additional $10 shipping charge added to your order. Please email with the subject line "EXPEDITE SHIPPING" if you seek this service. 

Your package will be delivered Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays). You will receive an email from us on the day we ship your package with it's tracking number. If you accept free shipping, Jorjanna will not be held responsible for any USPS errors. We recommend signing up for the Shop app to track your order and receive delivery updates for your package. Your tracking number can be found under "Order History" on our website.

Currently we are only able to accept orders to shipping address within the United States, and do not ship internationally.
