Shipping & Packaging

Flat rate shipping of $5 for all orders under $100. We offer free shipping for all orders of $100 or more.

We ship Monday-Friday weekly and strive to quickly ship orders. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. 

If you accept free shipping, Jorjanna will not be held responsible for any USPS errors. We recommend signing up for the Shop app to track your order and receive delivery updates for your package. Your tracking number can be found under "Order History" on our website.

Currently we are only able to accept orders to shipping address within the United States, and do not ship internationally.
